Montash is currently retained by a Global Leading Organisation seeking to acquire a Senior Program Manager to joing their growing business.

 

Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager with extensive cross functional experience(CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Corporate Functions) and experience in a global organisation. Previous exposure to leading large scale projects and teams within complex global environments is essential.

 

The Program Manager will lead global projects and will have a strong impact on the business by delivering multimillion global programmes and building strong relationships within the business while driving best practice business solutions and services.

 

The successful candidate will be liaising closely with senior stakeholders in the business across a matrix structure and will have the opportunity to be part of a high profile, largely influential global team.

 

Desired skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in program management within a global organisation is essential

  • Extensive knowledge and experience across difference functions as CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Corporate Functions within a global environment

  • Previous experience being involved in large multimillion £ projects & programme transformations

  • Previous experience having managed complex teams across multiple country locations

  • Previous experience with a global FMCG would be desirable but not essential

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.

  • Previous engagement at C level across the business

  • Extensive Commercial Awareness is essential
