In a mature state firms can begin to integrate behavioural analytics & map employee habits & traits in order to predict & reduce the risk of an insider threat.

Montash have an opening for a senior consultant to take ownership of the Identity & Access Management specialism, recruiting talented individuals from senior leaders to subject matter experts across the vertical. You will be able to learn the IAM skillset inside out, track programs, build functions over a multi-year change program and become a true specialist recruitment consultant.

IAM provides the opportunity to engage with functional and technical skillsets from leadership talent to design architects, build engineers and operations staff. You will gain exposure to executive search, permanent hire & contract recruitment and learn the key trends that make up an Identity & Access Management transformation.

In this 360 role there is significant scope to build a team. With such an in demand skillset combined with multiple technologies and broad range of roles the successful recruiter will have the chance to scale the function upon successful execution of business development & delivery activities.
