Salesforce.com Consultant

The position requires a skill set that includes:
* Salesforce.com functional requirements definition, process analysis, and functional design
* Serviceforce.com functional requirements definition, process analysis, and functional deign
* Expertise in process observation, client-facilitated requirement definition, translated to process and system design
* Experience working with SFDC
* Skill in defining reporting requirements
* Knowledge of legacy SFA tools and databases and migration planning and execution tools to SFDC
* Strong client services skills required - leadership, responsiveness, relationship management, consultative skills
* Customer experience drivers, required CRM capabilities, customer insight integration
* Technology roadmaps, implementation sequencing, work packet definition, implementation planning

Requirements:
* 3-8 years CRM experience,
* 2-5 years experience working in a management consulting firm very desirable
* Experience with working with CSR's, Supervisors, Managers, and VP of Customer Service
* Willingness to work at various client locations throughout the NL
* Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio - strong written documentation and presentation skills
* Professional demeanor, self-starter, motivated
* Strategic thinking ability, looking beyond the performance metrics
* Analytical and problem solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning and execution
* Ability to manage and prioritize a work stream and client needs/participation
* Work under pressure at times, deadline driven

  • Salesforce.com Certified: ADM 201, DEV 401, Sales Cloud Certified, Service Cloud Certified
  • Masters and/ or Bachelor Degree

 

As this role will require extensive customer communication you must be able to speak Fluent Dutch and Good English.
