Currently I am working with a Global Management Consultancy based in Germany (and Global Salesforce.com Partner) that is experiencing tremendous growth across the DACH Region.

This enterprise is works with Fortune 500 enterprises from multiple industries (including the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Financial and E-commerce). Currently they are working in two of the largest Salesforce.com Implementations in the world (up to 32,000 SFDC Users)!

To support their continuous growth they are seeking a Senior Professional with your expertise (at Director Level) to join them. As this role is key for the business, they are looking to pay above the market salary as-well as excellent bonus and benefits.

Salesforce practice is looking for motivated self-starters to join our dynamic team of professionals supporting Salesforce clients with state-of-the-art cloud-based technology. My client - a company known for its innovation and commitment to learning, development and work/life balance! Job description and skill requirements for this position are below:

Job Description & Requirements:

Manage a large Salesforce implementation/upgrade project or several smaller Salesforce projects simultaneously

Work closely with Salesforce architects, technical teams, functional analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project, technology and functionality.

Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines.

PM BASICS:

Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved.

Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment.

Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources.

Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.

Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success.

Qualifications

Skill and Experience Requirements:

3-5 years' experience in IT project management

3-5 years successful experience with Salesforce.com implementation projects

Solid understanding of Salesforce functionality and integrations (some understanding of Salesforce technology a plus)

Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred (or other demonstration of in-depth Salesforce knowledge and experience)

Strong oral and written communication skills (German & English)
