Senior Scrum Master - Iconic Brand - €70,000 - €88,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Our Corporate Account function has secured a large project for an Iconic Brand. This will be a Global Digital Transformation which will be run from Munich.

This enterprise is investing heavily in their Digital Presence and as such this will give you the opportunity to work on a Greenfield Digital Transformation that will be pioneering in their industry.

By joining my client, you will not only be part of an international team that empowers their employees, but also be part a futuristic programme.

To support their growth, they are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who is a practitioner in Agile Scrum Process. Running daily stand-ups, leading sprint reviews should be second nature.

To qualify for this role you must speak Fluent German (or at least B:2 Level).

About you

· Have strong communication and social skills with full transparency

· Embodies Servant Leadership at all times. Prepares for and facilitates Agile planning sessions with Agile delivery teams and assists with prioritizing user stories. Works with team and Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and plan releases.

· Scrum Master certification preferred

· Facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint review meetings, retrospectives meetings, and other related meetings.

· Coaches team to adhere to Scrum framework and to improve their processes.

· Ability to develop quick functional understanding of our domain and vision

· Ability to utilize agile methods in a flexible manner that can adapt to the specific needs of the organization including hard deadlines and dates

· Be able to experiment with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement

· Create metrics to provide teams and the organization with relevant feedback

· Secure knowledge in design and implementation of JavaEE applications using the following technologies: EJB 3.1, Spring, SOAP, JUnit, JMS, Python, Perl, WebLogic 12.1.2, Puppet, Python, Perl

· Good knowledge of database development with SQL, PL / SQL and Oracle DB administration
