The role holder acts as first point of contact for the Business Support for any SAP FICO IT related incident

providing first class service.

Key tasks & Accountabilities

· Providing first line support to SAP users
· Where applicable, route calls/tickets to second line support within agreed service level agreements
· Provide first line support via telephone and email world-wide
· Route/log queries to second line support via the chosen Service Management Tool
· Escalate issues where service levels have been breached
· Execute Service Requests within agreed service level agreements


Qualifications & Experience:
· A degree related to consulting area or Information Systems, or equivalent on-the-ground
experience
· Very good written and spoken Spanish and English (Additional languages true assets)
· Minimum 2 years in a help desk analyst position working in a SAP environment
· Ability to find defect resolution for problems identified
