Service Desk Analyst required. A service Desk Analyst is required by Montash's exclusive client based in Exeter. As Service Desk Analyst you will play a pivotal role working in a busy help desk team for a market leading organisation going through several enterprise change projects.

The Service Desk Analyst will possess unrivalled organisational, technical and Customer Service skills to prioritise workload and meet company SLA's.

The Service Desk Analyst will have an extensive background working within a busy Service Desk/Help Desk environment within enterprise Companies and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

It is highly desirable that you have strong Access Management and excellent Customer Service skills with strong exposure to Active Directory.

This role will be part of a large application merger/consolidation project, so exposure to working with bespoke systems and applications is a major advantage, although not essential.

Effective communication skills are essential both written and verbal as you will be required to communicate with partners and clients abroad both on the telephone and via email.
