Our Client based in Exeter are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. You will have experience in identifying and working towards service improvements. As a member of the Service Desk team you must have the ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
You will have previous experience in this role and have strong knowledge of Windows 7, Active directory and Microsoft office. Team player with a positive attitude is a must.

- Experience working on a Service Desk or support analyst role
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and approachable
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
