Service Desk Engineer - London - 3 months - Global Client - ASAP START
Montash have been engaged by global client in order to source and secure an experienced Service Desk Engineer as part of their Knowledge & Analytics team.
- Experience of ITIL v3 2011
- Service Design, Serivce Operation, Service Transition
- Experience in an operational reporting role
- Strong experience of reporting and analytics
- Contribute to the overall plan and track report progress
