Service Desk Engineer - Portsmouth - 3 months - Global Client - ASAP START

Montash have been engaged by global client in order to source and secure an experienced Service Desk Engineer as part of their Knowledge & Analytics team.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of ITIL v3 2011
  • Service Design, Serivce Operation, Service Transition
  • Experience in an operational reporting role
  • Strong experience of reporting and analytics
  • Contribute to the overall plan and track report progress
