Service Desk Supervisor

£100-£160 / 6 Contract + / ASAP / Birmingham

Montash has been engaged by a prestigious manufacturer to source a service desk supervisor. The position will be to manage the delivery of IT relation service to the client global sites.

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Manage the day to day operations of Service Delivery and be accountable for service delivery for all
  • Build service relationships with internal customers and internal/external service providers
  • To facilitate supplier and customer services review meetings
  • Manage the Internal communication with the business for IT updates/IT Education /information / interruption of services
  • Contribute to strategy and improvements and actively look for opportunities to improve or innovate
  • Motivate, develop and mentor the service delivery team

 

Qualifications & Experience

      • 5 years minimum experience in Service Desk
      • ITIL qualified
      • Management of a Service Desk
      • Implementation and monitoring of KPIs
      • Working in an ITIL Level 2 or above maturity organisation
      • Previous hands-on experience of supporting Microsoft operating systems/software and PC hardware
      • A full clean UK driving licence (occasional travel to UK branches may be required)
      • A knowledge and understanding of the Automotive or Design environment
