Service Engineer / Manager (Knowledge Management) - Global Client - Portsmouth - £450-£500 per day - 3 months initially - ASAP START

Montash have been engaged by a global client to source and secure an experienced Service Engineer / Manager to be tasked with implementing Knowledge Management into their Service Desk.

Key Skills:

  • * Experience of ITIL v3 2011 or extensive relevant experience at Foundation level for:-
  • o Service Design
  • o Service Transition
  • o Service Operation
  • * Proven experience in a Knowledge Management role, including
  • o Defining and building Knowledge Management capability
  • o Implementing Knowledge Management processes
  • o Bulk loading new knowledge articles
  • o Knowledge Management metric reporting
