IT Service Delivery Director (up to £110,000 package)
I am currently working with a Global Enterprise that is going through a Global IT Transformation and as such they are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Director that will act as the main point of contact for service matters in IT and provide Line Management to all end to end service managers.
They will actively identify opportunities to drive service improvements and design and implement a Service Strategy that provides quality IT service to the business.
Due to the complexity of the role, we are seeking an individual that has worked in a FTSE 100 Enterprise; that is customer facing. We are seeking someone that is able to work out the strategy as-well as execute it.
This person will predominantly be focusing on their applications, hence experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, Workday, would be highly advantageous.
We are partnered with a global leading Bio-Pharmaceutical company who are urgently recruiting for a Service Excellence Lead to be based in Cambridge. This position is focused on design, delivery and planning of IT service excellence across the organisation.
The successful candidate must be experienced with the following:
- 5 years experience in global leadership roles.
- 10+ years experience in service.
- ITIL qualified.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to intervene and resolve technical problems throughout a team.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills with the ability to influence.
This is a permanent position based in Cambridge, paying £70-85,000+ a lucrative benefits and bonus package which equals £110,000 overall.
