Job Description

I am looking for a ServiceNow Architect with good technical and functional skills. To work in London and also based in Amsterdam

  • Works with large organisations to assess, redesign, and improve their IT Operations.
  • Is recognised as leading experts in Service Integration and Management.
  • Has a growing team of consultants and practitioners with skills in Business Analysis, Service Integration and Management, IT Sourcing and Operational Delivery.

Key skills required :

  • Excellent consulting, stakeholder management; strong verbal and written communication
  • Expert level support, installation, maintenance and development experience for ServiceNow (UI forms, notifications, fields, workflows and JavaScript (both client and server))
  • Expert level Configuration and customisation experience for ServiceNow
  • Expert level troubleshooting experience for ServiceNow
  • Experience in working as part of a development team, as well as working on your own to deliver complex installations of the toolkit

Other specifications:

  • You will need to evidence relevant work through explicit references and examples
  • Able to deliver toolkit builds against fixed timescales
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
