Software Delivery / Project Manager / Business Applications / Partner Portals / IT

Montash is currently partnered with a global, industry leading telecommunications company, Headquartered in London.

Our partner is looking to bring in a Software Delivery Project Manager to work with them at their London Headquarters. The right candidate would sit in the Partner Portals (PP) and Business Application (BA) department of the Operations Division. You would support the business by developing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of IT systems covering billing, CRM, partner management, business intelligence and general business administration.

The right candidate will have the following knowledge and skills:

  • In depth experience of working an IT role, comprising with a moderate proven track record of successful project management delivering IT solutions.
  • Project delivery using Waterfall, Agile and/ or Lean methodologies & best practice
  • Experience of working with outsourced delivery units.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with technical, business and senior management stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce project documentation - project charters, work breakdown structure, risk logs, change management etc.

The right candidate for the role will be responsible for:

  • Project managing a mix of internal and third party staff to successfully deliver projects.
  • Managing delivery within a defined project budget.
  • Work with Business Analysts and Solution Designers to develop project definitions and high level solution designs to feed into project approval and realisation.
  • Engaging with subject matter experts to develop detailed work package definitions and schedules.
  • Engaging with all stakeholder groups to create project teams responsible for the development, testing and operational handover of business support systems.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed Project plans.
  • Ensuring that all team members understand their roles, responsibilities and deliverables.


The right candidate will have a Customer Excellence focussed mantra, possessing a market orientated approach that enables the business to deliver what the customer wants. Being able to respond to effectively to business and environmental changes and maintain team motivation, pragmatism and drive to get things done.
