Software Development Java Team Lead

Rate: £400-£500

Location: South London

Duration: 12 Months

Montash have an urgent requirement for a Software Development Java Team Lead to work with a Global Retailer based in South London. You will be responsible for delivering the best in class web experience for customers. You will be helping to deliver the functions vision and strategy and ensure that its aligned with the business and IT strategies and all the team members are aware of and focused on the same goals.

My client is looking for someone motivating, you will be managing your team through coaching 121s and identifying their needs - as this will be critical to your success.

- Hands on manager, who has strong java skills.

- Must have strong experience of development and support of an eCommerce web platform using scrum methodologies.

- Experience in Java Programming, J2EE , MySQL

- Hands on development background

- Retail / FMCG background

- Experience of working in a Scrum / Agile environment
