The Role: Software Engineering Technical Lead (Java)
We are looking for an interim Software Engineering Technical Lead, which is comfortable being hands on with Java programming and working closely with Senior Architects in the business.
This is working for a fun company which have a relaxed environment. As interim Software Engineering Technical Lead (Java), you will be managing multiple teams and running Scrum meetings weekly. You will be technical minded as well as a people leader, you will need to be able to provide technical guidance (Java) to internal engineers and also have solid communication skills to lead, influence and mentor.
Software Engineering Technical Lead (Java):
- An interest in feature led teams and a robust desire to create a joined up approach to Product Development
- Experience managing stakeholders both internal as well as external
- DevOps exposure: CI/CD / Automation / Cloud
- Solid background in Agile environments
- Are inspiring to work for / with
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
We are looking for a Software Engineering Technical Lead (Java) to be based in Amsterdam, you will be required on site for 4/5 days per week. Please ensure this will work for you before submission.
