Job Description

Montash are seeking a Technical Architect/ Technical Specialist for a large Financial Services organisation. The postholder will be expected to be Subject Matter Expert on technology and be involved in a large scale, high profile transformation programme.

The focus of the role will be to help in house technical expertise alongside the engagement and governance of third party vendors. We are looking for somebody with a strong background in solution design who is credible talking to both Senior Stakeholders of the Business and 3rd party Vendors.

  • A strong background in solution design/ solution architecture.
  • Experience working for an organisation that operates a complex technical portfolio.
  • Extensive experience of real time systems integration and SOA.
  • Experience of integration across a broad range of technologies, plus cloud hosted services.
  • Experience of queuing solutions such as MQ and MSMQ.
  • Experience with ESB packages, particularly WebSphere Message Broker.
  • A background of system support & service introduction support to Application Services.
  • Engagement & governance of third party software suppliers
  • Coach & develop trainees, building specialist technical experience
