Job Description

Montash is currently seeking a SAP Procurement Application Subject Matter Expert or Functional Consultant for a Large Insurance Organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of SAP, Oracle or ERP procurement modules such as SAP MM or SAP Ariba. The role requires somebody that can design a solution for SAP implementation however the role will be high level and will include a large amount of business engagement.

The right candidate will have the following skillset:

  • Experience designing solutions for SAP, ERP OR Oracle Procurement Applications
  • ERP, ORACLE OR SAP experience with procurement modules such as SAP MM or SAP Ariba.
  • Experience understanding customers' processes and products and how they fit within the goals of the function or business unit.
  • IT procurement experience.
  • Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality
  • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables.
  • Supports, reviews and validates the documentation of functional specifications.

The role is a new position within the organisation and thus the post holder will have the opportunity to shape and develop the role from the outset and the opportunity to work in a genuinely fast paced environment for a global organisation. The role will primarily be based in Barcelona and comes with an impressive base salary and benefits.
