Job Description

I am urgently looking for a SAP SuccessFactor Licence Expert for a 6 week+ contract based in Surrey

The Client signed an agreement with SuccessFactors before they were acquired by SAP.

They have good commercial terms but the licence entitlements we have in their agreements have been changed by SAP.

As a consequence they now face a challenge of agreeing usage rights with SAP and have inconsistency in reporting.
They need a SuccessFactor / SAP licence expert to deliver the following:
* Review the usage mainly in the USA but also UK and Japan
* Agree a new licence baseline by country of entitlement versus usage.
* Agree a common set of licence entitlements which commercially doesn't't disadvantage the client but is agreeable to SAP.
* Create a simple model to measure the usage as new countries start to deploy SuccessFactors
* Set up a reporting process in line with SAP procedures .
