Job Description

Application Architect - Essex - Up to £85,000

My client a Global leader in commerce-enabling technology solutions, require a Technical Lead to join their existing team. They serve more than six million business locations and 4,000 financial institutions around the world.

The successful candidate will be experienced in the following;

  • Experience with Java, Angular, Spring & SOA architecture.
  • Continuous integration and DevOp tools.
  • Previous experience as a developer as you must be able to write & review code.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • API experience.
  • Payments experience - preferably from a finance background.
  • Leadership experience - will be managing at least 10 developers.

Desirable experience;

  • Mobile & web API experience.
  • Experience building portals.

There is occasional travel required with this position, to clients offshore in Europe.

This is a permanent position based in Basildon, Essex.

With a salary of up to £85,000+ bonus and benefits - option to work from home 1/2 times a week.
