* Development of Test strategies for next generation Payroll Solution.
* Manage the Acceptance and Integration tests.
* Capture, formulate and document Acceptance and Integration Test cases.
* Develop and maintain the Acceptance Test plan.
* Collaborate with Project members, Reference team, internal- and external suppliers.
* Participate in the development of Working processes and Information- and Conceptual modelling.
* Maintain requirements in SPARX Enterprise Architect.
Requirements: * Extensive experience as Test Manager and to lead a test team in complex environments.
* Extensive experience of Test strategy development.
* Very knowledged in planning and execution of; Integration test, Acceptence Test and Pilot test.
* Work independently but still be a strong team player to achieve a close collaboration in the project team.
* Used to work with complex and international organisations.
* Used to work with external suppliers and sourced solutions.
* Preferable skilled in Requirement management.
* Fluent English, both in speech and written.
