Montash have been engaged by a global organisation to source a Test Manger for the Customer Operations team. The Test Manager will work with the implementation teams to manage a team of testers through implementation of new technologies covering over 15 locations across Europe. This role is based in London however you will be required to travel up to 70% of the time. Experience in working with Call Centres/Contact Centres is essential. Experience in Genesys is advantageous.
