Test Manager required. Test Manager required by Montash's prestigious client based in Nottingham. The Testing Manager will work in accordance with the plan and schedule set by the Head of Quality Assurance, managing the day to day execution of the non-functioanl testing cycles, reviewing and assuring written test reports, producing appropriate plans to deliver identified outcomes and associated dashboards/metrics to demonstrate control.
The Testing Manager will have demonstrable experience of managing and delivering testing services for Oracle Campus Solutions suite of software.
The Test manager will play a key role in managing and overseeing various projects in line business and technical requirements. It is essential that as a Test Manager you will have a proven track-record in developing test plans and strategies in line non-functional testing strategies.
It is also highly desirable the test manager is a strong communicator with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with a proven track-record in bridging the gap between business users and technical teams.
To summarise, the Test Manager will have experience in the following:
- Demosntrable experience of having planned and executed Non functional test cycles for Oracle Campus Solutions implementations.
- Build and maintain appropriate plans.
- Build and maintain dashboards detailing KPIs and Metrics for testing progress.
- Use of ALM and HP test Suite.
Alongside strong testing and management skills you must also have excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, and be comfortable working with stakeholders and all levels.
