Job Description

UAT Test Delivery Lead

To lead the User Acceptance test execution for one or more business areas - expect long days and rota weekends over the coming months

Managing 3-5 FTE dedicated business SME's matrix managing up to 30 business resources in test execution floor walking, test data management, defect triage

Daily reporting and progress tracking

Multi-channel Retail experience Contact centre and web primarily with some POS

Sterling OMS/CCC, ishipper, SAP, Aura, Insight, Websphere commerce

Finance, Customer Loyalty, Customer relationship management, Inventory and distribution, web, emails, alerts and reporting

High pressure dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Risk based iterative delivery testing management

Microsoft TFS test tool experience essential

Strong communication skills essential

Amicable personality

Ability to hit the ground running with an established testing approach
