Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a Global Company to source a UX Optimisation Lead for a contract of initially 5 months.

They are currently in the process of making small changes to the process of their UX Design and Development and are looking for someone to come in and own the process and drive improvement forward.

You will pick up on current workstreams and drive forward improvement within the eCommerce side of the business. You will be dealing directly with six key stakeholders.

Key Skills

-Experience in UX Design

-General Optimisation background

-Experience in user centered design

-Good experience with engaging with stakeholders

-Someone who can drive forward the optimisation process

-Ability to understand the customer thought process is key

-Ability to prioritise suggestions as they come in accordingly

-eCommerce experience is essential

-Ideally retail or travel background
