The Senior User Experience Researcher will mainly be responsible for revealing what our users need from by utilizing a variety of research methodologies. Additionally, the Senior User Experience Researcher will help the UX team understand what would make a user's experiences feel more intuitive, accessible and delightful. As a part of the User Experience team in the Companies Digital division, you will be working with an international team of UX and visual designers, product managers and developers.

Responsibilities of the Senior User Experience Researcher:

  • Collect and analyse user behaviour patterns through data analysis, online experiments, lab studies, and surveys
  • Provide in-depth research insights and communicate the most relevant industry and competitive insights to stakeholders in all departments
  • Collaborate with front-end colleagues to prioritize and refine their projects by providing the user perspective

Qualifications

Required Qualifications of the Senior User Experience Researcher:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Strong background in product design and management
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing, online experiments, lab studies, and surveys
  • Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices
  • Understanding of user centered and data driven design methodology

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior User Experience Researcher:

  • Excellent working knowledge of statistics and the principles of experiment design
  • Travel industry experience

Education of the Senior User Experience Researcher:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field is highly preferred
