Job Description

Montash have been contacted by a large well-known financial organisation to source a Senior Workday HR Consultant to lead a global project roll-out. The company is looking to implement workday in their UK and EU countries in which they currently operate.

They are looking for an experienced Workday HR consultant to ensure the transition happens effectively.

Required skills

Experience in implementing Workday on a global scale

Experience in managing a large team to deliver the workday project from PoC and inception through to delivery.

An understanding of data migration

Up to date training on the latest update of Workday

Excellent communication skills throughout all levels in the organisation.

Experience of changing the HR mind-set of the current staff in order to make the transision swiftly and effectively.
