What do you do, and what market/tech do you cover?
I work on key corporate accounts, developing existing accounts and working closely with our current clients. I work across IT, mainly in the Retail and Travel markets. I fill anything from IT Support Roles to Senior Project Managers and everything in-between.

What do you love most about your role?
It’s a great feeling speaking to clients about their business transformation projects and then finding the right people for the roles. Also, working across a variety of companies and industries that I can relate to helps me identify the right candidate for the job.

What would you consider to be the most brilliant moment of your career?
I built a team of 15 people in the digital sector of a world-leading retailer as their sole recruiter. It was fulfilling working alongside the managers and consulting with them on who would be good fits for their team. It was great seeing the team come together at the end and I felt a great sense of achievement.
