Montash offers opportunities for all levels to develop a long-term career. We have a structured career path to enable you to progress to Senior Management. Having a dedicated learning and development division, many of our current management team have progressed through this programme and are successfully leading teams. From junior to management level, everyone can benefit from our ongoing training and development plans.

Our staff benefit from a detailed training plan delivered internally and externally. All new starters enter the 'Academy', which offers a structured learning environment in which trainees can flourish. Once you graduate from the 'Academy' you will join the team and will be supported by management with continued access to ongoing advanced training throughout your career.

Montash has seen exponential growth for the last three years, we have moved to larger offices in Old Street, expanded our team and launched new practice divisions to better serve our clients.
